The company is great for people who love logistics and don’t mind that it is a 24 hour industry. Weekend work isn’t required but you are heavily “encouraged” to uss express do so. The pay is great but less than you would think because your are working 50 hour work weeks instead of 40. The environment is definitely a hustler environment with people not getting enough sleep and almost everybody skipping or working through their lunch.

I received no paycheck after 4 weeks and also all communication had stop after 4 weeks also/ no packages either. Arrive seems young, fun and energetic at first. Until you realize they expect you to work 24/7 with no compensation.
